Pam’s Day 61 – Live it.
Are you living the words you say? Do your actions match?
Its hard for anyone to believe what you say if what you do doesn’t match. I mean, why should I believe or follow your advice when YOU don’t even follow yourself? If you are leading people via your job to better health but you do not practice the exercise/nutrition regimen who could take you seriously?
If you are selling a product (and make no mistake about it, most of us are in fact selling something) you HAVE to believe in it and that means you have to live it. If you can’t figure out why no one is buying what you’re selling you might start with the person in the mirror first. Once you are sold on the benefits of what you have out there then it quickly moves from ‘selling’ to ‘sharing’.
I’ve fallen in love with AdvoCare’s products as well as the company from its leadership at corporate on down to the people we directly know. I get to help people get healthy, perform better AND improve their household income if that’s their desire! What’s not to love?!
I love CrossFitting. I believe that this way of eating and training and living is the healthiest way to go for everyone. Its not hard to talk about. Just talking about CrossFit and all the bits and pieces is selling it and I would hate it if I didn’t believe it. But I do believe it so its just sharing. So get your mind right and in line with what you are doing. Make your life easier by living out loud what you are saying. Your belief makes all the difference.

We were given an exercise recently to answer the question – “Who are you?” A large majority of people came back with descriptions about their jobs or title, academic accomplishments, distinguished honor and lifetime achievements. Lastly there was brief mention of their family, where they were from or who they knew in a related field. I came away from this task realizing I need to get back to basics, be proud of who I am at my core and answer with pride and passion – I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a Christian and a person who helps people improve their health and lives. Love you
